Yes, all of our massage therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). We provide official receipts that are accepted by all major insurance providers including Sun Life, Manulife, Great-West Life, and more.
We provide comfortable robes and linens. You may undress to your comfort level - professional draping is always maintained throughout your session for your privacy and comfort.
For chronic pain or injury recovery, we typically recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions initially. For general wellness maintenance, once or twice a month is ideal. Your RMT will create a personalized treatment plan.
